Paradox: The God Who Breaks the Rules to Bring Us Closer

Everyone is familiar with the God who keeps the rules and expects us to do the same. But many have never encountered the God who breaks the rules—and He breaks them to bring us closer to Him. We have often confined God within our own definitions and limitations, but it is God who seeks to define us.

God is not content with us living a restricted life based on a limited perspective of who He truly is—a life filled with confusion, doubt, and spiritual fog despite the many churches, sermons, and religious practices we encounter.

Whatever rules you've set for yourself—whether they are personal, religious, environmental, or societal—God will break those rules if that's what it takes to reach you. He will do whatever is necessary to clarify, call, prepare, and promote you. He did it for David, Abraham, Moses, Joshua, and Rahab, and He will do it for you too—if you let Him.
